The FUNTION PACK Mint Candy Counting and Packaging Machine is special‑purpose equipment for automated mint candy production, mainly performing precise counting and packaging of candies. The complete machine consists of four major modules: conveying, counting, packaging and control.
Mint candies are fed into the counting station via the conveying system, where counting is completed by photoelectric sensors. The quantified candies are then transferred to the packaging system for bag‑filling, bottle‑filling and box‑filling processing. The entire process is centrally managed by the control system without manual intervention, delivering stable and continuous operation.
Compared with manual operation, it achieves higher production efficiency and is suitable for mass‑volume production.
