Introduction to the working principle of liquid filling machine

The working principle of the liquid filling machine can be summarized as the following steps: transporting the container, filling the liquid, and sealing the container. First of all, the conveying system of the liquid filling machine is responsible for conveying the empty containers to be filled from the feed port to the filling position. The conveyor system usually consists of transmission device, conveyor belt and guide device. The transmission device drives the conveyor belt to move the container through the drive of the motor, and controls the direction and position of the container through the guide device. Conveyor belts are usually made of wear-resistant materials to ensure smooth transportation of containers.
Secondly, the filling system is the core part of the liquid filling machine. The filling system includes a wave supply system and a distribution system. The liquid supply system is responsible for providing filling liquid. Typically, liquid is supplied from a liquid storage tank or piping system to the filling head of the filling machine through a delivery pipe at a certain pressure. The distribution system is responsible for controlling the filling head. Liquid filling machines usually use quantitative filling, using a metering device to ensure the same amount of liquid in each container. The measuring device can be a volume or weight sensor, which can accurately measure the volume or weight of the liquid. During the filling process, the wave body flows from the liquid supply system into the filling head, and then enters the container through the nozzle of the filling head.

Nozzles usually use valves to control the flow of liquid. The flow rate and flow rate of the liquid can be adjusted by adjusting the opening degree of the valve and the size of the flow channel. After the liquid fills the container, the filling head will close the nozzle and stop the flow of liquid to ensure that the liquid level reaches the designated position of the container.

Finally, the control system and electrical system of the liquid filling machine work together to control and monitor the entire filling process. The control system is usually controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller), which receives and processes signals from sensors and drives actuators to achieve corresponding actions. The electrical system is responsible for providing power and signals to each actuator to ensure the normal operation of the liquid filling machine.
